Responsibilities
- Receipt management
- Categorizing in QuickBooks Online
- Bill and invoice management
- Bank deposits
- Financial reporting
- Reconciliations
- W2 and 1099 submission
Qualifications Required
- 2 year minimum bookkeeping experience
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
